Wholesale Policies


Payment Terms

We accept credit cards, check, money order, and PayPal. Payment must be received before we will begin processing your order. At this time, we do not accept Net 30 terms.

Consignment

Sorry, we do not accept consignment orders.

Minimums

Our opening order requires a minimum purchase of $350.00 ($700.00 retail value). Thereafter our minimum purchase per transaction is $250.00 ($500.00 retail value).

Estimated Production Time

The turnaround time for each order is generally 2-3 weeks from the date of payment unless otherwise discussed. 

Product Customization

We're very happy to customize your orders by changing colors and/or garment selections. We require a 12 piece minimum per custom item. Please contact us with your ideas if that's something you're interested in.

Returns, Damages, and Repairs

Please review your order when you receive it to ensure all items are accounted for and to expedite resolving issues if any are found. In the unlikely occurence that your shipment arrives damaged, please notify us immediately and save all packaging. In the instance orders are returned to us unclaimed we will impose a 35% restocking fee or service fee of $50.00 + shipping charges in order to repackage and resend your order.

Samples

Samples are purchased at retail value and the costs [minus shipping] are credited towards your first wholesale order.  A maximum of five samples can count toward reimbursement of the wholesale order.
